Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy
 
Delivery Timeline
  • We ship orders Monday through Saturday.
  • Orders process within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
Shipping Costs
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹4,999.
  • Flat delivery fee of ₹150 for orders below ₹4,999.
Tracking
  • Tracking links are sent via email and SMS post-dispatch.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligibility Window
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened software, activated licenses, and custom-built PC configurations.
Process
  1. Email contact@ecorel.com with your order number.
  2. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup if applicable.
  3. Refunds process to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
